We are excited to announce a series of workshops guided by Karin, who holds a Bachelor of Nutrition with a specialty in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

About Karin:

Karin’s journey from a 20-year career in banking and finance to studying nutrition was driven by her own struggle with understanding food and nutrition. Today, she’s passionate about helping others navigate their own nutrition journeys and achieve their health goals.
