How to use the high-frequency essence blends

Each High-Frequency Essence Blend is presented in a 4mlglass bottle accompanied by your chosen pendant vessel and pipette.

The pendant features a stainless steel spiral cradle designed to hold a removable glass vial insert and is intended to be worn continuously throughout daily life.

The pendants are suitable for everyday wear, including showering and bathing. Chains may also be replaced according to personal preference and style.

Wearing the Blends

Using the provided pipette, carefully place the chosen blend into the pendant vial.

Once filled, it is highly recommended that the pendant remains sealed and is not repeatedly opened, in order to preserve the integrity and energetic quality of the blend.

Worn close to the body, the pendant becomes a subtle and continuous expression of the selected energetic qualities throughout the day and evening, allowing these qualities to gradually permeate and support your energetic field.

Storage & Care

To preserve the integrity of the blends, store both the pendant and 4ml essence bottle away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and strong EMF-producing devices or electrical fields.

When travelling, particularly through airport security, it is recommended to keep your piece protected — ideally wrapped in aluminium foil— to minimise exposure to scanning systems.

Handle with care and store thoughtfully when not in use.

Working with Photographs, Spaces & Intentional Placement

The essence bottles may also be placed on photographs, maps, meaningful places, projects, buildings, clothing, or images of individuals with the intention of directing the energetic qualities of the selected blend toward the chosen subject.

Some people choose to carry the bottles in a pocket or keep them close to the body as an alternative to wearing jewellery.

Others may choose to place the bottles beneath a bed, near personal belongings, within a workspace, or alongside a meaningful project with clear intention and awareness.

Infusing Crystals & Stones

Porous crystals and natural stones may also be used with a few drops of the selected blend.

For clarity and energetic consistency, it is recommended to use only one blend per crystal or stone.

Natural materials with pores are best suited to retaining and expressing the qualities of the blends over time.

It may be necessary to reinfuse the crystal or stone from time to time to maintain the vibrational potency of the blend.

Preparing the Space

When opening the bottle and working with the blends, it is recommended that your environment feels calm, peaceful, and harmonious.

Approaching the process with presence, intention, and a calm state of mind allows for a more conscious relationship with the selected blend.
